No chart data after switching instrument

Hi

I had this problem before but don't remember how I solved it. I'm using NT 7.0.1000.6 and have the ZenFire feed. And I'm using Windows 7 Pro SP1.

When I try to switch instruments within a chart it goes blank with no data. All the charts are doing this. I can switch the time period within a given instrument, but can't change the instrument without losing the data.

Thank you for your post.

Please confirm you have historical data enabled with the steps I have provided below.

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Account Connections
• Select your connection
• Change
• Next
• Historical Data-->Enabled
• Next
• Next
• Finish
• Reconnect

If the issue persists please disabe you Firewall as well as any Security Software you may have running at this time.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

Are you using templates??

Not all Chart Templates created one one chart type, are compatible with other chart types.

If you see an "F" in the upper right hand corner of your chart window please left mouse click on the "F" to bring the chart back to Auto Scale.
