Unable to get NT 7 run anymore

Can't seem to start NT7 anymore. Neither control center or charts come up. Task manager shows Ninjatrader.exe process running but not in the task manager application window. Tried starting NT7 again but get a box stating there can be only one instance of NT7 running. I've been able to terminate NT7 from taskmanager process window but continue to be unable to get the program control center and charts. Have had no problems with NT7 for nearly a year. Should I uninstall/reinstall? or is there a simple technical fix?

Also, please attach the Config.xml file. You will find the Config.xml file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Config.xml

Attach and email me this file in it's original format.
