just the last candle

Hi,

I use NT7 with IB, on some symbols i.e. COST I just see in the daily or weekly time frame the move in the last candle. In the 3 min time frame I've a realy good chart.

Has anyone an idea where the problem could be ?

Thanks for the note.

I tested on my demo IB account and was able to pull up the daily time frame of COST no problem.

If you right click on the chart and select reload historical data what happens?

Check the log tab in the control center anything there?

I already tried to load all historcal data, nothing changed. but I've seen somthing other intresting in the status line in the right corner:

first I saw loading data 7.7.2010 - 7.7.2011
it changed to loading data 7.7.2011 - 7.7.2011

? ? ?

Hello,

Ok it looks like its trying to load the data.Can you please try a restart of NinjaTrader and TWS is they first thing we need to try here.

If you have already tried this would suggest deleting your daily data.

Shut down NinjaTrader then manually delete the My Documents->NinjaTrader 7->db->day folder.

Then restart NinjaTrader, does it now load?

sorry, I restarted the NT und TWS and also deleted the daily file, still the same problem.

I'll email to you some screens, I changed the data provider to Kinetick with the same result.
