Settlement Values for Pivot Points

Hello Ninjas,

I'm very new to Pivot Points and would like to ensure that I'm usin the correct values.

I understand that I need to use the correct settlement values for the timeframes that a particular instrument trades.

In this instance I'm looking at the mini-dow and the ES mini.

I understand that I need to ensure that I get the correct timeframes on the chart in order to get the correct settment values.

I have compared the H/L/C on www.cbot.com for 07-06-2011 and they do appear to tally with the values with the chart. Does this therefore suggest that
Ninja charts will cover the following times for mini-dow & emini

For Mini-Dow: Start Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. ET:end 5:00p.m. on Wednesday?
For ES Mini : Start Tuesday at 4:30p.m. ET; end 4:15p, on Wednesday?

I just want to feel comfortable that I'm using the correct values in order to calculate the pivot points.

Carlton, if you select the option to CalculateFromIntraday Data in the pivots indicator the values used would be tied to the session template you selected on your charts. That would be per default the electronic hours you listed.
