    No Daily Data No Matter What I Try!!

    Hi guys,

    I have a swing trading system that relies on daily data, however I suddenly cannot seem to get daily EOD data from Kinetick no matter what I try (blank chart):
    • Tried installing both version 7 installs
    • Deleted the NT data folder inbetween uninstall/installs
    • Tried reloading all data, manually deleting the data from the historical data manager
    • Tried the "no merge" trick listed in another thread


    Previously I reverted to 7.0.10000.5 and I could see daily data again but now that's not even working.

    I love NT but I simply cannot use it any longer if simple functionality like providing a daily chart not longer works. This seems to have been a known issue for weeks and I can't believe a fix hasn't been supplied yet, it's affecting multiple users and this is a CRITICAL ISSUE!

    It is not my system, please don't ask me to send in logs. There are numerous other users reporting the same issue.

    Please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session Template-->Select "Default 24/7"--> Click Ok.

    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

      Tried that too on both versions.

      EDIT: it's working for me now, seems very sporadic but thank you for the help. A number of my strategies do rely on the US RTH, any eta on a fix?

        There is currently an issue our development team is looking into regarding the Session Template being use when displaying Daily data which will be resolved in the next release NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.7 which should be released shortly.

        In the meantime the only work around is to load the Default 24/7 Session Template when viewing Daily data.
