Commercial Network Services VPS

Hi,

I signed up with Commercial Netwoek Services.It is an online service provider. Instant virtual web hosting.

The problem is that I log in to Interactive Broker, then to Ninja Trader, and when I try to connect from Ninja Trader to IB it keeps thinking and although I am already connected to IB it asks me again the username and the password of IB. If I write it down again it keeps doing the same thing and ask me the usernme and password again and again.

It doesn't connect. I know the minimum requirements for NT7 are 2GB, I have contracted 1GB, but a friend of mine has the same configuration than me with Zen Fire and Mirus and he has got no problem.

Can you help me?

Hi dvercher,

This is most likely due to the version of TWS you're using. The current supported version is 917 and is available here:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrader/TWS/tws40_install_917_8.exe

Uninstall TWS from control panel and then use the link. Please let us know if you're still having trouble.

What I would like to do now is to be able to connect from my VPS to my simulated paper trading connection I have with Interactive Brokers DU........

Which steps should I follow to create this connection? (I already have this connection created but in my desktop,not in the VPS. I can not remember the steps)
