Hi,

I tried to chart ^DJIA and ^DJTA daily data via yahoo connection.
Although both instruments are predefined the charts didn't display anything.
yahoo symbols seem to be correctly set .
What could be wrong?

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately Yahoo only provides data for Equities within NinjaTrader. To receive Daily data for Equities, Forex, Futures and Indecies please connect to the Kinetick End of Day (Free) connection within NinjaTrader as apposed to Yahoo.

^GDAXI (DAX) and ^GSPC (S&P500) do work, though.

I have tested this on my end and unfortunately was unable to receive data for DJTA when connected to Yahoo. When connected to Kinetick you will need to add mapping with the steps I have provided below:

• Tools
• Instrument Manager
• Search for DJTA
• Select DJTA
• Edit
• Misc. tab
• Input TRAN.X next to Kinetick
• Click OK
• Remove DJTA from your Default list
• Add DJTA back to your Default list
