IB connection for NT 7.0.10000.6

I just install NT 7.0.10000.6 to one of my PC as a backup (running XP), Once finish the setup i tried to connect to Interactive Broker, the software keep tried to connect IB (message connecting IB) but never success. I did follow all the setup configuration from my original PC which is running Vista and it dont have any problem of running new NT version). Anyone can help..?

Can you please check if you have TWS 918 installed. You can check this at Help-->About TradersWorkStation. Connection issues have been reported by all other customers that had TWS 918 installed. You will need to install TWS 917 as per the IB connection guide at the link below.

You can install TWS 917 from the connection guide. Please let me know if the error persists after you installed TWS 917.

Hi Jason , Thanks a lot.. it working now. It is the problem of version TWS918. I downgrade to TW917 and it working.. Y are very helpful and thank you very much..
