login failed

I had get a demo username and password from ampfurtues Zin-fire data, but i couldnt connect to data feed and i get the messege below:
Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection

what should i do to fix the problem?

Hi Esam, which exact NT version are you working on here? You can check it under Help > About.

Also: are you 100% sure you entered the provided credentials correctly and without any extra / erroneous characters?

I use NT 7.0.1000.6 , yes iam sure i entered everything right, i tried to create this connection several times to make sure, but it doesnt work!!!!

If you're on NT7 R6 - can you please check if the Legacy API option in uncheck as per the picture attached?

i checked that, yes the legacy API is unchecked, as ur picture

Was the account recently created or may it already be expired by the time you access it now?
