Unable to execute strategy without market data

Hi,

I just tried to execute a strategy with an open position with the simulator user. The PnL column data for this position suddenly disappeared this morning. Yesterday I could see it (for sure). I have other opened positions with the simulator user where the complete data appears.

When executing the strategy for this stock I get an error message warning me about this missing data. What happened with the PnL column? How can I solve this?

Hello guillembm,

Since you cannot start the strategy, it will not run and display a PnL data. You mention you experience an error message when you start the strategy that states there is no data. Please note that you need to receive real-time data for the strategy to run.

Do you receive real-time data for the stock? Please select it in the Control Center-->Orders-tab and check if you receive data.

I wasn't receiving data. Restarting NT was enough.
