No bid/ask in DOM

Took a dinner break, came back and re-connected to Zen-Fire and now I have no bid/ask sizes -- I can see the last trade highlighted on the price ladder, my position, and any pending orders, but no depth. I tried restarting. Data feed problem? My other provider (on a different platform) is working fine.

I have received numerous reports of the issue with Zen-Fire and can reproduce on my end.

I am not having issues with other providers.

Once I have more information on this issue, I will update this thread.

Check DOM properties

I had exactly same issue, found the Show market depth set to false in properties. I did not change this setting myself.

In this case, it was a data provider problem that was resolved overnight.

However, I did have a similar problem in the past to what shamal reports: When I upgraded from .3 to .5, some DOM properties were changed from how I'd configured them (one was changing P/L to display as $ instead of ticks).

Please set it to True and click Set Default. Let us know if the option will change back to False in the future.
