charts taking a long time to load

as I switch from currency pair to currency pair there is a sometime 30 seconds delay in loading the new chart. I am getting my data from MBT. This happens every evening.

Can you please tell me if you notice any consistencies between the occurrences.

How long does it take to load the data when you do not experience the delay?

Do you perhaps have other software running that uses a bit portion of your bandwidth when the chart takes 30 seconds to load data?

Nothing is running, and the reload speed is good now. it seems to be during Tokyo session and from 7-12pm mdt

You mention it occurs sometimes. Am I correct it occurs sometimes but only during the time period of 7 - 12 PM MDT? Do you notice any consistencies between the occurrences during this period?

I suggest to check with MBTrading if they can provide any clarification why data is loaded slower during this period as well.

Could it be more historical data needs to be loaded when it takes 30 seconds? How much historical data do you have present for the instrument you switch to? You can check what historical data you have available at Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab.
