Hi, I am using Juniper SSG5 firewall router, there is no problem to launch the application, pass the licensing verification and load the application......but the chart can't get streaming quote. I setup the Juniper firewall to allow everything going out.

I am using zenfire as data provider.

Thank you for your post.

Which instruments, expiry and interval are you having issues with? (E.g., ES 06-11 5 minute chart)

Do you only have issues with historical data in a chart? Do you get live data to these instruments from the Orders tab of the Control Center or from a SuperDOM window?

Do you get any errors on screen? Any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
