Stops saved at MBT Server

I put on a trade with the appropriate stop and limit to protect my downside and take profit. Neither were part of an OCO or ATM. Each was done discretely. I then shut off my computer. When I got back into NT7 three hours later the stop was triggered, even though it should have been triggered much sooner.

Given the way I set up each stop and limit they should have been saved on the MBT servers and transacted, correct? Can you explain what went wrong, or what I did wrong.

If the order was in a Working or Accepted status the order will reside either on the broker's server or at the Exchange.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.
3.) Price the orders were submitted, time this occurred and the instrument you were trading.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7 >Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
