Changing Data Providers

My futures account is with AMP. Earlier this year I switched data porviders from Zen Fire to CQG. Because of some problems I have encountered with CQG I want to switch back. Is this a problem (switching 2 times in a short period of time). Who at Ninja do I contact to have that done??

Hello Dean,

I have updated your license key to reflect your request, simply restart NinjaTrader for this to take effect. It isn't a problem that you're changing technologies in such a short span of time since you aren't attempting to emulate a multi-broker environment.

Mike: The broker has made the change but when I attempt to open a new connection Zen Fire is not listed as an option but CQG is still listed. Can you please help me here??

I re-ran your license key and tested it myself successfully, please reboot NinjaTrader as this should resolve your inquiry.

is it possible to have a license key that allows zenfire and cqg through the same broker at no extra cost ?

Hello Poeds,

To connect both CQG and Zen-Fire to the same NinjaTrader instance you must have a Multi-Broker license, this will be a more expensive option than the single broker.
