hongchen2000, where was this fill issue from today? Markets are closed. Were you using simulated data?

Sorry for the confusion. The issue happened on Friday afternoon , during regular trading hours. It was real time production trading using Nt7 and IB.

hongchen2000, I understand this is a important issue for you but in order to investigate it and potentially reproduce we would need to review the trace / logs from the day of the issue, we'll then let you know if the database file would be helpful as well here. If you could send this in to us via Help > Mail to Support or a note to support at ninjatrader dot com that would be great and hopefully help to address it.
