Meat futures data issues

When I test it on my end, I load the requested data.

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Session Manager. Select the 'Default 24/7' session template and tell me what time zone is configured.

In addition, what time zone is used on your PC clock?

That's my PC time zone: (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments.

Restart NinjaTrader and create a new chart. Check if the chart loads the requested data.

I've resolved the issue. Resetting the instruments did not help. I noticed that the exception is occurring when it tries to load the instruments from work spaces when the app starts up. So I deleted the all work spaces and that resolved the issue. Anyhow the exception in ths scenario has to be fixed. Thank you for trying to help.
