Chart contains text on bottom left "©2011 NinjaTrader, LLC"

I just saved a chart to a jpg with the intention of sharing it online when I noticed that the chart contains the text on bottom left "©2011 NinjaTrader, LLC"

What specifically does this refer to?

Does NinjaTrader LLC claim control of all chart images produced from NT7? If so, what control specifically does it specify in terms of where I can place copies of the chart images?

All NinjaTrader charts are copyrighted by NinjaTrader for the look and feel we have created. If a user builds a chart and takes an image of it, the NinjaTrader copyright still exists since the basis of the chart is still from NinjaTrader. However it is not meant to limit your ability to share the images unless this is being done for profit or being formally published at which time we would have the right to endorse or not endorse the use. This is done to protect the company from illicit use of the software. However in most cases you can share and do what you want with the chart images you take.
