Does NT 6.5.1000.19 run on Windows 7

NT6.5 installs without error (in Program Files (x86) on a 64 bit Windows 7 system.

But faults with:

Faulting application name: NinjaTrader.exe, version: 6.5.1000.19, time stamp: 0x4d763cb5
Faulting module name: mscorwks.dll, version: 2.0.50727.5446, time stamp: 0x4d8cdc73
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0003f4fd

immediately when started.

The error makes me think this might be a Windows 7 configuration problem.

Does this Windows 7 PC include Service Pack 1? Unfortunately, NinjaTrader 6.5 is not compatible with SP1. You would need to either uninstall SP1 or upgrade to NinjaTrader 7.

...do the same refer to windows 7 home edition? that would mean NT6.5 can work on windows 7 unless it has SP1?
