Strategy switches to seconds chart

I have a strategy that I start from a chart. The chart is a 15 minute chart. Upon start, it sometimes switches to a second chart at launch. Nothing in the code tells it to do this (if that is even possible).

I haven't determined any reason that it does this. Sometimes it happens when a strategy is running on a chart and I change the symbol (which restarts the strategy).

Notice the top right which shows the 15m selected and above it says seconds.

Any ideas?

Hi Rich,

Initialize() is called for all scripts, not just the one you're working with. It's possible another script is setting the interval with unsupported code. Another forum member had the same issue and identified a script called connection monitor that did something similar. Hopefully provides you some clues on what script it may be in your NS environment.

I had installed connection monitor but was not using it. thanks
