Missing data for past Fridays

My NT7 charts are failing to show data for Friday sessions on the daily (and all charts for that matter) across multiple instruments. However, it has the daily candle for the most recent Friday. Some other data seems a bit off as well.

I use IB Feed, and can see all the action on that. Frustrating, because IB has the worst charting software ever, and NT's would be perfect.

What actions should I take? Is this fixable?

I mainly swing trade, so I don't need super complex charting software, just something that plugs into IB, and has easy drawing/scrolling functions. As I will soon be trading other people's money based on my charts, I cannot afford a slip-up due to my kit.

Thank you for your post.

Can you confirm you have the Session template in the Data Series window (right click in the chart) set to 'Default 24/7'.

In addition, also make sure you have TWS 917 installed as this is the only supported version at this time.
