Strategy not running after connection?

Sorry for your frustration.

The fact that you do not have any data bars on your chart would for sure explain why your strategy is not running.

--> First figure out why your charts are not updating
--> I suggest attending our charting webinar next Tuesday
--> If you connect to MBT, select a market such as ES 12-07, open a chart and ensure that the session begin/end time is 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM, assuming market data is coming in from MBT, bars should start building in your chart

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Well I've done what you suggest and of course I see no difference at all--thus I guess there is not data streaming in from MBT. I have assumed it was because it reads "Connected--MB Trading" in the bottom left corner of the screen and is in green, and the logs seem to verify. My next question is if there is something I need to do to get the connection to work--perhaps something in the MB demo?

Please contact MBT support for demo instruments supported. AFAIK ES 12-07 is not supported but ES 09-07 is.
