can't pull up a 3-11 TF chart

Morning,
I can't pull up a 3-11 TF chart. I have the latest version of 6.5 and Zen-Fire. Are old charts still available?

Thank you for your post.

With NinjaTrader 6.5 you should have access to the historical data if you are using NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.15 or above. You can check the version of NinjaTrader in the Help > About.

Also, to make sure you are viewing the data you will want to right-click on the chart and then select Format Data Series. Please make sure that the date matches a time during the 03-11 contract, and is not set to today's date.

As a note there is an upcoming change with Zen-Fire and NinjaTrader that will not enable you to access the Zen-Fire connection when using NinjaTrader 6.5:
