I want to create custom indicator

Hi

I want to create custom indicator based on the following condition

1 I am using range bars to view charts.
2 MACD is above Zero lines and signal lines = Green Bars
3 When RSI is above 70 = Green Triangles below the bars
4 MACD is below Zero lines and signal lines = Red Bars
5 When RSI is below 30 = Red triangles below the bars.
