gaps in charts

Hi
I have gaps on data from 13/6 to today. If I connect to Gain, the charts update but only from the moment I connect.
I cannot click reload historical data either.
Somehow I can not use the mail to support facility, so I am using the forum.
NT 6.5 (yes, I am an old man!) gain datafeed for forex. All worked all right until today, but I did not launch it and connected for a couple of days.

gretrader, we had issues in the data server yesterday but from testing and reports those should be resolved now - if you restart the PC and connect fresh would the reload option still be greyed out then?

Old school 6.5 user here as well, and using Zen Fire as DP.

Fresh restart and reconnect did not resolve the issue.

Yes. I have tried that already. When I connect the charts update, but only from that point. They do not seem to check and update past data. The log says "unable to connect to NT data server(64.......blabla). no such host is known"
Any clue?

Thanks for your feedback as well - we're currently investigating the NT 6.5 data server.

Guys, please try reconnect and recheck if the historical data connection is back up as well - the issues should be resolved by now.

Unfortunately there would be gap in recorded historical data that we would not have the means for to backfill.

The gap is now between around 8.30 till around 14 London time. Is there a way to fill it?
What if I "use Gain servers" instead of NT's?
What if I use another datafeed, like IB, for instance?
What if I create a new chart form scratch with a different datafeed?

Yes, you could switch Gain servers and attempt downloading the data from them into your local NT database, if you have an IB connection that should work as well to backfill if it's minute / daily data you need.
