How to Get a Response from NT

I am coming to the forum this morning because I don't seem to be able to get any kind of response from my emails to sales or my support requests. All I want to do is upgrade from my single broker license to a multi broker license. No one will respond.

This morning, as I prepare to run my strategy live, I find that I have completely been disconnected from my provider. It is not even listed in my account options. When I try to set up a new account, my user name is now invalid.

There is not one person to talk to about this. In 3 attempts to contact NT, I have never received a response. The only guys who respond quickly are Ryan and Vincent, so I come to you.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Since you'd PM'd me the email/phone number I had our forum admin remove them from your last post.

We can make a change to your key, but I want to be clear in saying that CQG and IB should be able to run together. If we were able to bring this in to working order for you, would you want the key to remain as it is now?
