Historical tick data

Ok, in this case. Please go to control center->Tools->historical data manager->edit tag->delete data for BN.

Confirm the data is gone.

Then re add the data with the import. does it now show the data? I just want to confirm its getting where it needs to go.

Finally, you would not be able to do this unless you took the time to import each expiry individually.. Since if you have auto merge on this only works on the individual contracts which would start auto merging in a different expiry at the roll over date.

Does the "Import" function within NT7 performs BackAdjustment of the historical data ?. I am trying to bring in Historical Tick data. I tried to import tick data for contract month 03-09 and then with mergepolicy "MergeBackAdjusted" tried to import another contract month 0609. I checked my data for 03-09. The data was not adjusted.

It does not do this on manual import.

It would do this if you imported each expiry.

For example have a text for 09-11, 06-11, 03-11, 12-10 etc etc. Once its seperated out and imported in each one then the auto merge will merge all the contracts together and will back adjust the data. However if you try to import it all in one go it will not.
