DX Instrument wont work in demo mode

Im using a demo nt7 with cqg,Im paper trading crude and gold,I need the dx, it wont run live(it charts but its dead even on a 4r chart).Im using 6-11 contract.I cant get a t/s window to work with the dx either.the exchange nt7 gives you is nybot and thats the only choice.Do i need to purchas nt7??Thanks for any help!!

If you load DX 06-11 in to a SuperDOM, does data load or does the window remain blank?

Can you please select the Control Center-->Log-tab and check if you see an error that reflects 'DXE'.

Likley, your CQG connection does not include the DX instrument. If so, you will see an error in the Log-tab whenever you request data for the DX 06-11.

Please contact your broker and check if they can include the DX instrument as per your CQG connection.
