Recording of Live Data

I am using the Zen Fire feed and I have created a new chart with a symbol that does not record historical data automatically.

Where does this real-time data get stored? Can I save this data and then load it into the historical data manager?

Thank you for your post.

What instrument (including expiration) are you trying to record?

When you go to Tools > Options > “Data” tab – what do you have selected in “Save chart data as historical”?

What is the exact version of NinjaTrader 7 that you are using; version 4, 5, 6?

I did not have the box checked for "Save Chart Data as Historical." I'll let you know if I needed further help. Thanks

Hi,

Im trying to record data for several FX pairs from IB.
I have save chart data as historical & replay checked.
I loaded the instruments to the market analyzer.

Still data does not appear in "Historical data manager" in any place.
Shouldnt it?

naxo79, please ensure to add an indicator column as well in your MA to record the data in the HDM.
