help on futures data - Esignal

NT Support,

Could you please help?

I’m relatively new to futures data. I’ve got a delayed subscription to Esignals CME and CBOT packages.

I’m trying to get continuous data working for the 10 Year Treasury. I can get this contract to load with continuous data within Esignal, but I can’t get it to load continuously in NT. See screen shots.

I’m obviously missing something with the settings or mappings.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please make sure you are using "##-##" as the suffix for a continious contract rather than the current front month.

• Please go to the NinjaTrader Control Center--> Tools--> Instrument Manager--> Locate the ZN Instrument
• Select the default instrument list via the "Instrument lists" drop down list in the upper left hand corner
• Select the exchange (Default recommend for equities) as this will route orders to your broker smart routing system
• Select the "##-##" expiry from the bottom of the drop down menu.
• Press the "<" button to add the instrument to the list

You are now complete and can press the "OK" button.

Then add this continuous contract to your daily chart and reload your historical data.
