automatically locked out

Hi,

I tried logging in today and received the following error ...

"login failed: trading account has been automatically locked out"

Does anyone know how I resolve this. Thanks.

Can you please tell me to what data feed you are trying to connect in NinjaTrader. Am I correct you connect to Patsystems?

If so, this occurs when you attempt to login three times with incorrect user name and/or password. Please follow the instructions below to resolve this situation.

• Shut down NinjaTrader
• Contact your broker and ask them to "Reset" your account
• Confirm with your broker your correct login credentials
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Make any changes to your Patsystems connection via Tools > Account Connections
• Login

If you connect to a different data feed, please let me know.

Im using CQG data feed via AMP/Global Futures

Can you please contact Amp Futures with this error message and check if your account is configured properly on their end. Somehow your account has been locked out.

Unfortunately we are not a brokerage and do not manage any trading accounts so I cannot check this for you.

Please let me know if the issue remains after you contacted your broker.
