I have doubling of each price level and now build up of old Ghost price levels. Anyone know how to deal with this problem. Rebooting does nothing, they are still there Thanks..- JP

Can you please tell me what NinjaTrader version you have installed. You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About.
Could you perhaps post a screenshot of the FX Pro window that displays the double price levels.
As per the ghost orders, am I correct those orders were submitted to the sim101 account? If so, please reset the sim101 account to remove these orders. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab and click Reset.
