Downloaded newest version, now can't connect

Hello,
I just downloaded the newest version, I might have already had the newest but i kept getting a popup advising me to. Now I cannot connect. The message says, "Login failed : There only can be one CQG adapter running at any time". Can you help?

Thanks for the note.

Your CQG adapter did not update as it was supposed too.

Please uninstall NinjaTrader and reinstall. All settings will be maintained.

Start Menu->Control Panel->Programs->Uninstall NinjaTrader

Then re-download from the below link:

You will now be able to connect.
