    Missing information

    The chart does not display data while I've been disconnected. There is a gap of missing information from yesterday this morning when I logged in.

    Thank you for your post.

    When you are connected to your provider, right-click on the chart & select "Reload All Historical Data". If that does not resolve the issue - Please clarify the following:

    • What is the exact version of NinjaTrader that you are running? This can be found under Help > About…
    • What data provider are you trying to connect to?
    • What is the instrument & interval you are trying to plot to the chart?
    • Are there any errors showing up in the Log tab? (this is the right-most tab in the NinjaTrader Control Center)

      It did not solve the issue. I cannot select "Reload all historical data"

      • What is the exact version of NinjaTrader 7 that you are running? This can be found under Help > About…

      I am running NT 6.5


      • What data provider are you trying to connect to?

      Zen fire

      • What is the instrument & interval you are trying to plot to the chart?

      ES mini sp

      • Are there any errors showing up in the Log tab? (this is the right-most tab in the NinjaTrader Control Center)

      No.

        Please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred.

        From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”

        Make sure to include a reference to this forum thread.

          same problem happened again.

          I cannot select "Reload All Historical Data".

          Zen fire

          ES. 2min, 5min, 10min, 60min

          • Are there any errors showing up in the Log tab? (this is the right-most tab in the NinjaTrader Control Center)

          Yes. Right at the time I have tried to open my workspace it shows "Error on loading chart data for 'ES 09-11 Globex'. Connection to server is busy or not available right now. Please try again.

          At first the the charts of my workspace were empty. After reopening the workspace the charts showed up with missing information from yesterday when I closed my workspace til today when I tried to open it again.

            Thank you for reporting

            "Error on loading chart data for 'ES 09-11 Globex'. Connection to server is busy or not available right now. Please try again.

            Based on this error, can you please try disconnecting and reconnecting to Zen-Fire. This should reestablish your connection to the historical data server.

            After reconnecting please check for the log for repeated errors. If errors repeat, I would recommend removing and recreating your account connection.

            • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
            • Restart NinjaTrader
            • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
