Problem with sell orders in 2 pairs

It doesnt permit me to place sell orders on the chart for gbpchf and eursek .

The dealer is mbtrading, live ninja
Live gain is connected.

Ninjatrader is 6.5

Hello Basil,

Can you please tell me what happens when you submit the orders - do you experience an error message?

Am I correct you are connected to Gain first and MBTrading second? If so, please connect solely to MBTrading and check if this will make a difference.

Could it be you do not receive real-time data for these two instruments with MBTrading? If that is the case, please contact MBTrading and check if these instruments can be included for you.

I press right click on the chart and pending sell orders or buy just doesnt appear on the menu in those two specifically.

I notice you have some add-on applied in the chart (Analysis, Risk/Reward, etc). Do you see the orders in the right click menu if you remove this add-on?

I see the ChartTrader icon enabled in the chart toolbar, however I do not see ChartTrader on the right side of the chart.
