Cant Connect to Zenfire

    Cant Connect to Zenfire

    Im trying the demo amp Zenfire but doesnt work, i try reinstalling and i update to NT 7.0.1000.6 but i cant connect since friday i also update
    the login and password, what else should i try to fix this problem?

    I get the message:
    Login failed: Please check your account connection and your internet
    connection

    Thanks for the forum post.

    Can you please email me at support at ninjatrader dot com and include your demo username and password so that I can test your connection on my end.

    Also, is this a new demo or have you had a zenfire demo in the past? As zenfire is now only alloying the demo for 30 days before no longer allowing connections from and demo user account from your IP address regardless of if it is a new zenfire demo account.

    I look forward to assisting you further.
