Charts not matching up

I have two 1min charts up of the same instrument, it seems one charts updates the price about a sec faster than the other. Why is that? and how can I get the charts to update simultaneously and in sync?

Thank you for your post.

Can you please close those charts and then please sync your PC clock and then close and reopen NinjaTrader and recreate the charts. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

How are you comparing the charts, such as an indicator, and also if you open a time and sales window from the File > New menu are the incoming ticks matching the charts.

Im comparing them visually. Price is not in sync on both charts

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your next reply here.

Didnt mean for my last reply to be snide...the charts will be in sync for a while then out of sync and then back in sync and so on. So catchin the split second where it is out of synce is not gonna be easy but will try

Hi wowzers,

The screenshots would be necessary so that we can compare to one another. I'm curious if with the two charts open if you also went to File > New > Time and Sales and then for the incoming data you can compare to the two charts and see which one matches if the two charts are out of sync.

Additionally, can you please clarify the data provider, and what instrument you are viewing.
