Charts not matching up

Hi wowzers,
Thank you for your post.
Can you please close those charts and then please sync your PC clock and then close and reopen NinjaTrader and recreate the charts. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Can you provide us with an image showing the two charts with this issue in effect?
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your next reply here.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

Hi wowzers,
The screenshots would be necessary so that we can compare to one another. I'm curious if with the two charts open if you also went to File > New > Time and Sales and then for the incoming data you can compare to the two charts and see which one matches if the two charts are out of sync.
Additionally, can you please clarify the data provider, and what instrument you are viewing.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service
