Bertrand, can you think of any reason that logging into a computer via remote desktop to run the analysis could cause this error? It seems it only happens when running via remote desktop.

Hi Neb,

Yes, this is likely the cause. This is a current limitation with remote desktop and .net. Unfortunately no work around is available at the moment.
