Problem getting FX data from IB

Hi,

I am receiving the same error as here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=29462

However, my connection at IB seems fine. I am able to load the equivalent chart in IB without issue ... but from NT, I get the error as in the screenshot below:

Please note that NinjaTrader connects via the IB API to load data. IB's TWS loads data a different way - it is not comparable.

Unfortunately as mentioned in the forum thread you are referring, we advise you to contact IB regarding this error message. The error comes from IB and indicates your connection is not properly functioning.
