errClientSideConnect on historical data

I am receiving this error on a number of my forex pairs.

30/05/2011 12:00:32 AM|0|4|Error on loading chart data for '$GBPUSD Default': Error (errClientSideConnect) on loading historical data

This has worked fine in the past, and nothing has changed on my end.
I phoned MBT, and they said their historical data servers are working properly, and that it was a NT issue.

This happens when I opened a workspace that started to load my forex pairs. I found that if I went to an individual chart and did a "Reload All Historical Data" that I would get the same errors.
Any help would be great.

Unfortunately, this is a know issue with MBTrading. Please see the forum thread at the link below where the issue has been reported as well.

easy way to fix this when you get the error is rightClick on chart and change the sessionTemplate in Data section to Default24. Once its done you can go back to template you are using.
