Odd Minute Treasury Charts

Anyone have an explanation or a solution as why my minute Treasury charts display like the attached image?
I get the odd looking bars on both ZF and ZT futures. I have a PFG connection with latest NT7.

Showa50, which data servers are you using here for the backfill? Have you tried a reload of historical data already by right clicking on your charts?

I use the PFG servers for historical data. Plus I have 'save chart data as historical' checked in my options. Yes I have tried a chart reload.
I usually use Tick charts for trading, but I'm interested in switching to Minute charts. I only get the odd looking channel like bars on the Minute charts and only on those 2 futures contracts (all months).

Side by side of ZF Minute and Tick for 5/27 attached.

You're welcome - I'll check with PFG on this tickdata issue. In the meantime, I would suggest you change your connection to use the external servers and then recheck the tick vs time charts again, it should make a difference.

Could you clarify what you mean by 'use external servers.' Would that require me to change the IP address I get data from? And setup a new data connection?

Thank you for providing your license key. This option only appears to be available when using a Live Multi Broker license key within NinjaTrader.

Something else I noticed yesterday; When I do a chart reload the data changes and that's when I get the odd looking bars.
PreReLoad image shows my chart this morning. The last 7 bars from the price column look good to me. Then I do a Reload and the bars change dramatically.

I agree, the realtime recorded bars look fine to me, too - I'm waiting for a reply from PFG at this time, I would imagine it's a server side data issue unfortunately.

PFG is aware of this issue and is looking into matters, unfortunately there's no ETA for a fix though.
