live data for EurUsd

hi... i'm connected to kinetick and IB
i am able to download/reload data for $EURUSD
but it is not streaming ... in the charts the prices sit stale until i manually Reload All Historical Data

using the default settings for mappings EUR.USD for IB, UERUSD.FXCM kinetick
exchanges: only default is clicked
currencies quoted in 1/10 pip

ssylwester, what NT version are you using here? Which feed have you connected first in this setup? There's currently a known data farm issue at IB that is being worked on, so it might come into play for you here receiving data.

Have you subscribed to Kinetick realtime data for FX then? Are there any log errors you see in NT's Control Center?

No subscrip to Kinetick realtime fx data, unless it's included in CME package (which i'm subscribed).

No errors visible in log

So perhaps it is relying on IB for live data stream, and cannot get it b/c of data farm issue. I assume same issue was hitting yesterday, as i could not get streaming quotes for EUR.USD then either

Unfortunately it would not be included in the CME package you have - I would recheck in a bit as we've got confirmation IB is actively looking into the data farm issues at present.

If you connect to Kinetick first, then all data will be taken from this primary connection - as Kinetick can offer all instrument categories, futures, fx and stocks. You could add FX data to your Kinetick account here.
