Intermittent Connection

Hi NinjaTrader support team,

I'm currently having connectivity problems with ZenFire Demo, is there anything that I can do on the application side to improve my connection? My thinkorswim application has no problem getting the feeds from my brokers servers, but it seems the data on ZenFire demo server are delayed. Im planning to go live in a week or two and I'm just a bit concerned about ZenFire connectivity. Hope you can help. =) I appreciate your assistance.

So that I may investigate the issue, I'll need you to contact me via a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please provide me with:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find this diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20110525.txt'.

Just a thought, use a wired internet connection with NT if you are already
not doing so.
