Install problem

I run setup.exe and it says: Your current NinjaTrader 7 Installation requires you to follow the instructions specified in Step 2 of the NinjaTrader 7 Installation Guide. Press OK button to terminate this installation. You can resume your installation once you have followed the instructions in Step 2.

Step 2 is to download NinjaTrader. I've already downloaded it and am running the setup.exe. There is a problem with your installation message and install. What do I need to do?

The directions for step 2 are referenced on the download page for NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.5 directly under that version stating, "Critical: Please read first if you are upgrading from R2 or earlier of V7."
