IB & NYBOT Problem

I'm having trouble getting a data feed for NT with any of the NYBOT futures and Interactive Brokers. All others work as expected, I have Instruments trading on other exchanges, but not NYBOT. Is there anything different that I need to be aware of? I have tried SB, CT, and C.

Have you added the NYBOT contracts to the NinjaTrader Instrument Database?

Yes, I have added them and eSignal works as expected, having a problem with IB. I will send an email to support as suggested.

NYBOt still doesnt work with IB. Can you guys fix this?
