FGBL chart

Hello,

I have a problem with FGBL chart. I load historical data but after that chart stays frozen and there isn't data on DOM. There is no problems with other instruments (ES,NQ,6E,CL...). I have NT7 64-bit.

Hello mano123,

Can you please disconnect form your data feed and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments.

Restart NinjaTrader and check if you receive data for the FGBL 06-11.

If not, please tell me to what data feed you connect in NinjaTrader.

Do you see any error messages in the Control Center-->Log-tab? If so, please tell me what they state.

Hello Jason,

I reset Instruments you told me but still not working. Provider is CQG and in the log tabs appear:

- "FGBL 06-11" is not enabled for real time market depth.
- "FGBL 06-11" is not enabled for real time level I quotes.

The error messages indicate your CQG connection is not authorized for FGBL data. Please contact your CQG based broker with this error message and check if they can include FGBL data in your CQG connection.
