'UnableToSubmitOrder' error mesg for automated trade

    'UnableToSubmitOrder' error mesg for automated trade

    I received an 'UnableToSubmitOrder' error message for an automated strategy. I'd like to figure out what happened. This was a costly error. I can submit log and/or trace files to whomever. Let me know what to send and to whose attention.

    Hi Lou,

    Yes, please send your log / trace files to support 'at' ninjatrader 'dot' com or use Help > Mail to support feature. Attn: RyanM. Indicate the date and time that this occurred.

          snowbig, can you please also send your log / trace files via Help >> Mail to Support for review to us?
