Hi poeds,
Please:
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

I am having the same problem but when i go into tools to re-establish the connection, following the instructions on the web page given, when I click "Add" no connections wizard appears. I am stuck there.

Hello. I seem to have the same problem. At first there's notice "Login failed: No 'unity' section found" I click OK, then I try to connect once more, this time it says "Login failed: There only can be one Continuum adapter running at any time". Tried to remove and add account, and same problem occurs. I have v22 installed yesterday. Today is the first time this happened. Tried switching firewall on/off, not helping. Can it be a problem with connection itself? I mean broker

Hello GoldberG,
Can you please perform an uninstall/re-install of NinjaTrader as per the instructions below.
You will save all settings and data. All settings and data are located at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 which is unaffected when you uninstall NinjaTrader via the Control Panel.
Please uninstall NinjaTrader 7 via the Windows Control Panel-->Add/Remove Programs (XP), Programs and Features (Vista and later).
Subsequently, clear your browser cache and download and install version 7.0.1000.22 from the link below.
Let me know if the issue remains.
