NT data server error loading TF data

I get this error message (see attached). Was working yesterday, no settings changed. TT data from broker, NT backfill. I am getting live data and chart is updating live, but cannot reload historical data.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

This indicates that NinjaTrader is unable to reach the historical data server. Most commonly, this can be resolved by rebooting the PC, modem and router, then restarting NinjaTrader.

If the issue remains after rebooting these components, please let me know.

Kyle, I will try this after trading hours as I'm trading other things right now, but you really think rebooting the modem and computer when there's no connection problem with any other instrument will fix this?

It's a somewhat strange fix, I'd agree, but from past experience it seems to resolve the issue in most cases. Let me know if this doesn't do the trick for you.

I went for the small fix first, restarted ninja after market closed, and all is well now.

NT data server error loading TF data

I just cancelled my ZenFire data connection and started Kinetick real-time and all data is good EXCEPT for TF and DX... that I know of. Here is the error message I get only for loading either of these two symbols:

I restarted NT, restarted everything, including modem, router, computer, house breaker...

Any advice?

Thank you for your post.

TF and DX trade on the ICE Futures US and Kinetick does not support the ICE exchanges at this time. If you do request data for a futures contract that trades on one of the ICE, you will receive the error message "Error on loading historical data (20013)".
