Barchart problems

I added a paid Barchart data connection to Ninjatrader to be able to download historical minute data. No it does not work properly at all. Alot of holes in the data when it downloads, and most of the symbols it never downloads at all.When I use EOD data of yahoo or another data provider it all works fine. So I thought I do the procedure correctly.

What to do?

Can you please send me a screenshot of your chart so that I can compare it with what I have. Can you please send this to me at support at ninjatrader dot com and reference this forum post.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
